If Outlook is left running constantly in Cached Exchange Mode, it automatically updates the offline address book about one time per day depending on updates on the computer that is running Exchange.This contains all the files from my screen shots in the initial post. After about 20 minutes or so, check the event viewer for errors about the OAB generation.Each of those files are the incremental updates, which is how the OAB usually updates the clients.All desktop users have their mailbox in online mode and their address book is fine.Laptop users have their mailboxes set to cached mode and they have not had new entries in quite some time.
